A Trauma-Informed Therapist
As a trauma-informed therapist, I am deeply committed to offering personalized care that respects and supports each client’s unique journey. Drawing from a diverse background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness, I use an eclectic approach tailored to meet the individual needs of those I work with. I believe every person is created with purpose and value, and my goal is to create a compassionate and safe space where we can explore, heal, and grow together. Whether you are navigating past trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, grief, foster care, adoption, or end-of-life concerns, I am honored to walk alongside you as we work towards your therapeutic goals.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Howard Payne University (2009) and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington (2012), with a focus on children and families. I became a Licensed Bachelor of Social Worker shortly after earning my undergraduate degree, and later advanced to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2017. My professional journey has included valuable experience in trauma, particularly working with children and adults impacted by abuse and crime, which has deepened my passion for supporting those who have faced adversity.
What I Offer
Adolescents and Teens
Navigating the adolescent and teen years can be a challenging time, filled with emotional ups and downs, social pressures, and significant life changes. At my practice, I provide a supportive and understanding space for young people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therapy for adolescents and teens is designed to help them build self-awareness, resilience, and coping skills to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, peer relationships, school stress, family dynamics, and trauma.
Adults
Life as an adult can present unique challenges—whether it’s managing stress, navigating relationships, dealing with past trauma, balancing work and family, or finding a sense of self. At my practice, I offer compassionate and personalized therapy designed to support you in overcoming these challenges and finding a path toward healing and growth. For women in particular, I provide a safe and nurturing space to explore the pressures and expectations that often come with multiple roles—whether as a partner, Mom, professional, or individual. I understand the complexities of women’s experiences and offer therapy that is centered on empowerment, self-care, and creating balance in all areas of life.
